LBEA-Fármacos has all the state of the art equipment of gene cloning (PCR machines and electrophoresis systems), protein expression (large shakers), protein purification (two HPLC systems, including an Akta Start and an Akta purifier and peristaltic pumps), some equipment for biophysical analysis (including a qPCR dedicated to differential scanning fluorometry), crystallization facility (crystallization room and an Oryx4 crystallization robot. LBEA-Fármacos still have all necessary small equipment, including centrifuges, balances, shakers and a workstation for data analysis and structure determination. We also have often X-ray data collection trips for Synchrotrons including Sírius (Brazil) and PETRA III (Germany).
